You have to visit an anomalous zone from which there is no exit if you do not own an artifact with which you can open a portal, exit the zone, the artifact itself consists of 10 parts that you and you need to collect. The biggest danger of the zone is the high level of radiation, you have about 15 minutes before you receive a lethal dose.
